Yardi Administrator
A growing real estate owner/operator is seeking a Yardi Administrator to lead the administration, support, and optimization of its Yardi Voyager platform. This role partners with Property Management, Accounting, Operations, and IT to improve system performance, streamline workflows, and support end users.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for Yardi Voyager.
- Manage system configuration, security, workflows, and user access.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with Yardi and third-party vendors.
- Support acquisitions, property onboarding, and portfolio transitions.
- Lead testing and implementation of system enhancements, updates, and integrations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and process improvements.
- Train users and promote best practices across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize platform efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Yardi Voyager administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of multifamily property management and accounting workflows.
- Experience with Yardi security, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; bachelor's degree preferred.
