Vice President of Property Management
A growing real estate firm is seeking a VP of Property Management to lead portfolio-wide operations, performance, and strategic growth across a luxury residential portfolio. This executive leadership role will oversee operational standards, financial performance, leadership development, client relationships, and scalable systems while partnering closely with ownership to drive long-term growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic direction and operational performance across multiple property management portfolios and brands.
- Oversee Directors, Regional Property Managers, Facilities, Compliance, and other senior operational leaders.
- Establish and maintain company-wide policies, SOPs, reporting standards, and performance metrics.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial oversight, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Implement technology, reporting tools, and operational processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with institutional and private ownership groups.
- Support business development, client retention, acquisitions, and portfolio expansion efforts.
- Develop leadership talent and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive luxury residential property management leadership experience.
- Proven success overseeing multi-site, regional, or portfolio-level operations.
- Experience managing senior leaders and large operational teams.
- Strong financial acumen, client relationship management, and organizational leadership skills.
- Experience working with institutional owners or complex residential portfolios preferred.
