Tax Manager - Family Office
Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive tax and accounting services for high net worth individuals and families.
- Prepare and optimize complex multi-state returns involving LLCs, S-corps, partnerships, and trusts.
- Provide proactive tax planning and optimization strategies tailored to client needs.
- Partner with client service managers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Contribute to process improvements and help refine best practices to improve efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of tax experience for high net worth individuals.
- CPA required.
- Expertise in multi-state returns and complex entity structures.
- Proficiency with professional tax preparation software.
- Strong communication skills with a client-service mindset.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
