Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacture, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Technician to join their team.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues and technical problems efficiently.
- System Installation: Install and set up various system components, ensuring they are configured properly and meet client requirements.
- Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and educating clients on system operation and maintenance.
- Testing and Analysis: Perform a variety of tests and analyses using specialized equipment and tools to assess product quality, including dimensional measurements, material composition, and functional testing.
- Data Recording: Accurately record and maintain detailed records of inspection and test results. Prepare reports summarizing findings and deviations from established quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Travel to customer site: Up to 30% within the US
- Work Authorization in the U.S.
Education/Experience
- Technical school degree or associates in Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of handling optics, electronics, and mechanical parts.
- Experience in Medical field, quality control or quality assurance preferred.
- Ability to read and follow test instructions for OEM products.
- Ability to use hand tools for assembly and soldering irons.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, hardware, and Microsoft Office.
