Service Engineer

Leading manufacturer of CNC machinery is looking for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will work in the field, traveling to customer locations to provide service, maintenance, and installation. You will troubleshoot issues when they arise to keep the customer’s equipment functioning properly. You will also manage customer relationships to boost customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install or upgrade equipment maintained by the company in various field locations
• Configure hardware and software components after installation
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Test equipment to troubleshoot issues
• Document installation repairs and communication with customers
• Maintain all tools and equipment used during service calls
• Teach customers how to use/repair the equipment properly
• Communicate directly with Manager at time of job completion
• Provide technical support to customers, as well as other Service Engineers from the office

Qualifications:
