Senior Director

• Responsible for a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; build and manage client relationships 
• Lead team of tax professionals/assistants working on client projects 
• Help manage risk and financial performance of engagements 
• Review Individual, Fiduciary, Corporate, Partnership, Gift, Estate and Foundation tax returns 
• Review supporting tax return work papers and documentation of all tax positions and conclusions 
• Coordinate tax research and planning 
• Participate in training or planning training content Work as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Stay current on relevant tax matters and new developments 
• Demonstrate professionalism and collaborative skills in dealings with internal and external clients 
• Use of technology to enhance and streamline the tax preparation and reporting process 
• Develop potential opportunities and contacts for business development 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting 
• Education in compliance with CPA exam requirements/CPA License  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• 10+ years of post-graduate work experience
