Sales Representative - Luxury Condos - New Development

A premier NYC real estate developer is seeking an experienced On-Site Sales Representative to represent luxury condominium developments throughout New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in new development condominium sales.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist prospective buyers at the sales gallery.
- Conduct property presentations and model residence tours.
- Build relationships with buyers, brokers, and referral partners.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activity using CRM software.
- Guide purchasers through the sales and contract process while coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and internal teams.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
- Stay informed on market trends, competing developments, and pricing.
- Participate in broker events, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a professional sales gallery and prepare sales activity reports.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential real estate sales experience, preferably with luxury new development condominiums.
- Active New York Real Estate Salesperson License required.
- Strong knowledge of the NYC residential real estate market.
- Demonstrated success achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.
