Property Manager — Wilmington, DE
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of a residential portfolio in Wilmington, DE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident relations
- Oversee maintenance, turns, vendors, inspections, and property appearance
- Manage rent collection, delinquencies, expenses, and monthly reporting
- Assist with budgeting and rental rate recommendations based on market conditions
- Ensure compliance with Delaware landlord-tenant and Fair Housing requirements
- Maintain accurate property, resident, and lease records
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of residential property management experience; 200+ units preferred
- Strong leasing, resident relations, and operational skills
- Experience with AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, or similar software
- Knowledge of Delaware housing regulations
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working on-site
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
