Property Manager
NYC-based Owner/Operator is seeking a Residential Property Manager to add to its team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of residential properties in the NYC Metro market.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise building superintendents
  • Manage safety, compliance & risk
  • Maintain accurate files and records for properties
  • Engage in proposals and contract bids
  • Supervise and approve building goods/services
  • Manage requests for repairs and maintenance

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in residential property management
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with staff, tenants and property owners
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
