Our client is a full service real estate firm and is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for all tenants
• Managing the financial performance of the properties by closely monitoring operating expenses, delinquency, and occupancy
• Being in charge of all leasing activities such as responding to prospective tenants, conducting on-site showings, and preparing new lease documents
• Overseeing all maintenance requests and ensuring proper completion of service
• Managing all vendors to ensure work is done correctly and on time, as well as ensuring that all vendors receive payments in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in property management and/or leasing
