Commercial Property Manager
Our client is a well-established commercial real estate firm providing property management services for office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations, financial performance, and maintenance of a portfolio of commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
- Build relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare owner reports, budgets, financial summaries, and property inspections.
- Oversee operating budgets, invoices, CAM reconciliations, and capital projects.
- Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service.
- Handle tenant relations, lease administration, rent collections, and compliance.
- Partner with Leasing, Construction, and Accounting to maximize property performance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for property emergencies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial property management experience managing office, retail, or industrial assets.
- Active California Real Estate License Required
- Experience with budgeting, owner reporting, lease administration, tenant relations, and vendor management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
