Multi-Site Property Manager
A well-established property management company is seeking a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Greater Boston area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple residential and commercial properties
- Oversee leasing activities to maintain strong occupancy rates
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties remain in top condition
- Develop and manage property budgets to achieve financial targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective services
- Ensure compliance with all local rental laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in property management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with excellent tenant relations skills
- Knowledge of budget management and vendor coordination
- Experience with property management software and tools
- Understanding of local rental laws and regulations
