Project Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and guide the successful delivery of construction projects. This individual will be responsible for leading on-site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong business management skills, technical construction expertise, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to leadership.


Responsibilities:


  • Direct and support on-site staff, ensuring effective project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments and with project stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a technical resource for construction knowledge and best practices.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Lead the change management process including documentation and approval of change orders.
  • Track and manage project costs and maintain detailed reporting, including monthly progress reports and cost forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and sequencing plans.
  • Oversee subcontractor coordination, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, inspectors, owners’ representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with field teams, including superintendents, to ensure on-the-ground success.
  • Monitor and report on key project deliverables, milestones, and risk factors.
  • Coach and mentor project team members, fostering professional growth and accountability.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-10 years of multifamily and/or commercial project management experience
  • Proven experience managing construction projects through all phases.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative work style.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
