Project Manager – Real Estate Development

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate development projects, including planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct real estate development projects from beginning to end.
• Review and approve project designs and plans.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and other professionals.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks involved with project development.
• Monitor and guide project operational and financial performance.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or real estate development
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and property laws.
• Proven experience managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
