Boutique personal injury law firm is looking to hire a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.

Responsibilities:

Drafting and filing pleadings and discovery documents
Drafting and responding to motions; subpoenas; trial authorizations, etc.
Timely, professional communication with clients, providers, courts, attorneys, and insurance carriers
Hearing and trial preparation
Maintain litigation calendar

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience working for personal injury law firm
Prior experience with scheduling, drafting legal documents, on-line filing, hearing and trial preparation, discovery review, file and calendar management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
