Marketing Manager


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company is communicating the right message to existing and prospective clients.
  • Liaison with firm leaders and relationship managers to understand marketing needs and execute marketing plans.
  • Liaison with compliance on all marketing related activities.
  • Maintaining and updating existing marketing materials and client deliverables.
  • Evaluate existing materials and develop new marketing materials or strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate with team responsible for client and firm events, both in-person and web-based.
  • Manage and coordinate with creative staff.
  • Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities, including defining and monitoring key measurables.
  • Assist with written content including whitepapers, articles, social media and our website.
  • Generate ideas on how to market and create a client experience similar to other luxury brands.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding creative skills and exceptional attention to detail
