Leasing & Community Experience Manager
Growing multifamily property management company is seeking a Leasing & Community Experience Manager to lead leasing operations, drive occupancy, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all leasing activities from prospect inquiry through move-in.
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and renewal goals.
- Conduct property tours and convert prospects into residents.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns.
- Plan resident events and engagement initiatives to increase retention.
- Execute local marketing and outreach efforts.
- Manage online reputation and apartment listings.
- Partner with maintenance to ensure apartment readiness.
- Maintain accurate leasing documentation and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
- Monitor market trends and provide leasing performance reporting.
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of multifamily leasing or property management experience.
- Proven success achieving leasing and occupancy goals.
- Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, Entrata, or similar property management software.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- CAM designation.
- Experience with Class A multifamily communities.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
