Job Description

Junior Accountant - Real Estate/Private Equity


Responsibilities


  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Inventory & Fixed Assets
  • Assist with preparation of monthly reports
  • Assist with monthly journal entries and maintain the general ledger
  • Coordinate the month end close process
  • Maintain data in RentManager
  • Special projects as needed


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within real estate or investment management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong work-ethic with a growth mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
