Leasing Specialist

We’re seeking a personable and motivated Leasing Specialist to join our residential property team. This role plays a key part in welcoming new residents, supporting community engagement, and contributing to overall property success. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, from tours to signed agreements
• Conduct property tours; highlight the features and benefits of the community
• Follow up with leads to drive occupancy
• Facilitate smooth move-in experiences for new residents
• Help plan and support resident engagement events and community initiatives
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the property runs efficiently

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of leasing experience
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service or sales experience
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable using leasing software or CRM systems
• Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping people
