Asset Manager (Hospitality-Focused)

Real Estate Development firm is seeking a hands-on Asset Manager to oversee a growing real estate portfolio of hotels, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties. This role blends finance, operations, and strategy and reports directly to ownership. You’ll drive financial performance, labor discipline, and operational excellence while providing clear, timely visibility into asset performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own asset-level financial performance, budgets, and forecasts
• Review P&Ls, control labor and operating costs, and identify variances
• Build dashboards and deliver decision-ready reporting to ownership
• Oversee capital projects, vendors, and physical asset condition
• Monitor hotel revenue metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR)
• Partner with General Managers on staffing, performance, and accountability
• Monitor guest experience, reviews, and corrective actions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hotel asset management/operations experience
• Strong financial acumen and Excel skills
• Deep understanding of hotel P&Ls and operating metrics
• Ability to hold operators accountable without micromanaging
