Our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. This role is on site in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate testing and related work with vendors, maintenance staff and tenants for lead requirements.
- Assist with tenant communications for IPNA work and tenant coordination for compliance repairs.
- Ensure timely submission of lead requirements to HPD.
- Performs other related projects and or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years required working with NYC building compliance and experience with HPD, DOB, FDNY
- Attention to detail and keen sense of urgency is a must.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Yardi, SiteCompli or Jack Jaffa is a plus.
