Client Services Associate
A highly respected single family office is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to support family principals, affiliated entities, and external advisors. This role partners closely with leadership and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, confidential environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate family meetings, events, and advisor communications
- Manage legal, financial, and governance documentation
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Track projects, open items, and document execution workflows
- Liaise with outside advisors and service providers
- Support operational, administrative, and strategic family office initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a family office, private wealth, or executive support environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Financial literacy and experience working with complex documents preferred
