This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the financial engine of the business—driving accuracy, insight, and performance across multiple divisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Own monthly close: WIP, job cost, and full financial reporting
- Lead and mentor a lean accounting team (AP, AR, Payroll)
- Drive cash management, forecasting, and financial strategy
- Oversee GL integrity, reconciliations, and audit readiness
- Partner with leadership, banks, auditors, and external advisors
- Manage tax filings, budgets, and continuous process improvements
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of accounting experience (5+ in construction)
- Deep expertise in WIP + job costing (Sage 300 CRE preferred)
- Strong leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Advanced Excel + financial systems experience
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
