New Home Sales Consultant
A rapidly growing, locally owned homebuilder is seeking a motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys helping buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in visitors, follow up on online leads, and build strong buyer relationships
- Guide customers through homesite selection, floorplan options, pricing, and the full sales process
- Conduct model home tours and maintain a polished, show-ready environment
- Manage leads and customer communication through CRM and sales tools
- Partner with construction, marketing, and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in sales meetings, community events, and realtor outreach efforts
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in new home sales, residential real estate, or a related industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with excellent organization and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
