Personal Assistant / Family Office Associate
Single Family Office is seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant / Family Office Associate to support the principals affiliated with a real estate investment firm. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day personal, administrative, and household operations, ensuring a high level of efficiency and organization across multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple individuals
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Oversee operations across multiple residences, including vendor coordination
- Manage household vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, etc.)
- Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with bill pay
- Coordinate appointments, reservations, and personal events
- Handle correspondence and general administrative tasks
- Support ad hoc personal and family office-related projects
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a personal assistant within a family office or private household environment
- Exposure to real estate or property management is a plus
- Experience supporting multiple individuals preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
