Commercial Property Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and deliver annual budgets and monthly reports, providing clear, actionable analysis and insight into financial and operational variances.
  • Oversee tenant improvements, capital projects, and common area upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and construction SOPs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, contract compliance, and cost efficiency, while identifying opportunities for savings.
  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to drive retention, promptly resolve issues, and coordinate special requests and services.
  • Partner cross-functionally with leasing, asset management, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class tenant experience and achieve property performance goals.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of commercial real estate property management experience, ideally overseeing multi-tenant assets exceeding 500K SF.
  • Strong knowledge of property-level accounting, including cash/accruals, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
  • Experience managing building operations, service contracts, tenant improvements, and capital projects.
  • Working knowledge of building systems and basic construction management.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex tenant and vendor issues with sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
