Job Description
Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion
- Manage executive's calendar
- Coordinate and prepare arrangements for internal and external conferences, meetings, luncheons and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed
- Reconcile and process monthly expense reports
- Review contracts and lease agreements
- Create, improve and implement strategies and systems to streamline communication, efficiencies and productivity within the company
- Schedule vendors for maintenance repairs as needed
- Ensure orderly operations of the office and coordinate efforts of building staff
- Order supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Potential project work on an ad hoc basis
- Handle additional personal and confidential needs and requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 3-5+ years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Experience reading contracts or leases strongly preferred
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
