 ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF SALES
(DYNAMIC FAST GROWING  COMPANY) Responsibilities:
  • Leasing specialized storage space for collectibles to clients through lead prospecting, referrals, networking, meetings, and tours.  
  • Leading, creating and implementing new sales and services opportunities and project based outreach initiatives. The Associate Director of Sales will manage a campaign to expand their clients across several locations. 
  • Developing leasing proposals, property presentations, and other collateral for prospective clients.
  • Working together to draft storage agreements, services agreements  and other leasing documents for new storage clients, as needed.  Candidate should be able to present articulately agreements and facilitate negotiations.
  • Expanding and refining a database of qualified leads; consistently tracking and reporting leasing progress and updates. 
  • Establishing and cultivating relationships with  current and prospective clients, colleagues and key industry partners.
  • Function as a brand ambassador (in-person and virtually), and represent the Company at events and other client-facing occasions.
  • Collaborating with business development, marketing and sales and team members to create and execute strategic initiatives, including regional marketing opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes of conduct.

Requirements:
  • High energy, entrepreneurial individual with strong business acumen and broad knowledge and experience with successful sales and marketing practices. 
  • Proactive and solutions oriented, with outstanding organizational and managerial abilities.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  and strong  interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Must have a demonstrated track record of the ability to run meetings, drive conversations and offer creative solutions.
  • Must have the outstanding ability to network and establish personal connections and targeted lead prospecting.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with museums, auction houses or galleries would be a plus however it is not required.
