Director of Family Office Operations
A growing multi-family office is seeking an experienced Director of Family Office Operations to support ultra-high-net-worth individuals, founders, and entrepreneurial families. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for coordinating complex financial, operational, and planning matters across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day execution of family office services
- Coordinate estate, tax, investment, cash flow, and liquidity planning
- Manage trusts, LLCs, partnerships, and complex entity structures
- Serve as the primary point of contact with CPAs, estate attorneys, investment advisors, bankers, and trustees
- Prepare client presentations and planning materials
- Oversee planning workflows and ensure timely execution
- Proactively identify opportunities and resolve issues for clients
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a family office, multi-family office, trust company, or UHNW wealth management environment
- Experience working with founder-led or entrepreneurial families
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax coordination, investments, trusts, and entity management
- Highly organized with excellent communication and project management skills
- CFP, CPA, CFA, or JD is a plus, but not required
