Well-established Owner/Developer are looking for their Director of Development, with a background in Affordable Housing/LIHTC, to lead acquisitions, sourcing, site selection and the development deal process.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically put deals together and handle the negotiations
- Oversee all acquisitions
- Oversee sourcing & site selection
- Manage multiple development projects simultaneously
- Lead the entitlements process
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of affordable housing development experience
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field
- Project Management experience
- Proven background in Affordable Housing/LIHTC
