Director of Development – Affordable Housing

Well-established Owner/Developer are looking for their Director of Development, with a background in Affordable Housing/LIHTC, to lead acquisitions, sourcing, site selection and the development deal process.

Responsibilities:

Strategically put deals together and handle the negotiations
Oversee all acquisitions
Oversee sourcing & site selection
Manage multiple development projects simultaneously
Lead the entitlements process

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of affordable housing development experience
Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field
Project Management experience
Proven background in Affordable Housing/LIHTC
