Controller


Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Perform and develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Oversee of the annual CAM reconciliation process
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Insurance auditing and quoting for Real Estate Properties.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Proven accounting experience in the real estate industry
  • CPA a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with QuickBooks and AppFolio a plus
