Controller - Real Estate

Boston-based Real Estate Owner/Operator and Family Office is seeking a Controller to oversee the day to day financial operations for a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial operations.
• Handle investment portfolios and real estate assets.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting experience within real estate / property management.
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
