Controller – Real Estate / Family Office
Established family office with significant real estate holdings seeking a senior accounting leader to oversee financial operations, investment analysis, and complex entity structures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation
- Oversee GAAP financial reporting, audits, and tax coordination
- Manage trusts, ownership structures, and personal financial statements
- Monitor portfolio performance, valuations, and new investment analysis
- Lead accounting team and optimize Yardi Voyager
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years in family office, public accounting, or commercial real estate
- Advanced Yardi Voyager experience
- Strong expertise in trust accounting, CAM reconciliations, and ownership mapping
- CPA preferred
