About the Role

We are representing a well-established energy-focused construction and engineering firm delivering design-build infrastructure and building upgrade projects across public and institutional facilities. The organization specializes in complex, technically driven work that improves building performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability.


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading energy and infrastructure construction projects from planning through closeout. This role blends field leadership with project controls, client coordination, and risk management. It’s a strong fit for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and working on projects with measurable impact.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction execution and day-to-day site operations
  • Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents, and subcontractors
  • Oversee energy efficiency and infrastructure upgrade scopes
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor buyouts
  • Ensure safety, quality control, and code compliance
  • Serve as the primary client contact and issue resolver
  • Support commissioning and post-installation verification activities


Qualifications

  • 5+ years in construction project management or project engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related discipline or significant equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with HVAC, MEP, electrical, controls, or central utility systems
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
  • Energy or performance-based project experience a plus
  • OSHA-30 preferred
