Job Description

Project Manager - Renovations

Responsibilities:

Lead on-site construction activity at multiple properties simultaneously
Manage all subcontractors for interior and exterior building renovations.
Manage subcontractors
Review and be familiar with contract documents, specification, shop drawings
Help develop the overall construction schedule and manage that schedule throughout the project including maintenance of a 2-week look ahead
Develop and maintain site logistics including material deliveries & inventory control
Participate in periodical lender & stakeholder construction progress update meetings
Create and update written construction progress reports
Review and assist in developing scopes of work for subcontractors
Coordinate with onsite property management to efficiently turn renovated units on schedule while maintaining required occupancy levels
Administer the safety program for the projects
Ensure quality control and approve completed work for monthly payment
Implement cost effective management and resolution of unforeseen construction issues
