Construction Drafter

Responsibilities:

• Create drawings and schematics based on specifications provided by engineers and architects
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
• Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project requirements
• Prepare documentation packages for construction projects
• Maintain records of all drawings and related documents
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices for drafting technique

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Drafter or similar role
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of mechanical design, graphic design and system design concepts
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
