Job Description

Construction Drafter

Responsibilities:

Create drawings and schematics based on specifications provided by engineers and architects
Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project requirements
Prepare documentation packages for construction projects
Maintain records of all drawings and related documents
Stay current with industry standards and best practices for drafting technique

Qualifications:

Experience as a Drafter or similar role
Proficiency in CAD software
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Knowledge of mechanical design, graphic design and system design concepts
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
