Commercial Property Manager


Full service commercial real estate firm specializing in asset, property, and construction management is seeking a Commercial Property Manager. The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the daily operations for a diverse portfolio of office, multi-family, mixed-use, warehouse, and retail properties totaling 1M+ square feet.


Responsibilities:


Property Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, capital projects, and tenant relations
  • Conduct regular property inspections and manage vendor contracts
  • Handle lease administration, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure properties meet owner standards and compliance requirements


Accounting & Financials

  • Work with accounting teams to manage rent collection, expenses, and lease agreements
  • Ensure accurate reporting and budgeting using Yardi Breeze/Voyager
  • Monitor accounts payable and tenant billings, ensuring timely payments


Administrative & Other

  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Maintain property records, lease files, and compliance documentation
  • Lead weekly operations meetings and collaborate with maintenance teams
  • Build relationships within the local real estate community and help source new business


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of commercial property management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (JIRA experience is a plus)
  • Strong financial and reporting skills
  • Ability to travel as needed (Mid-Atlantic & Northeast)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership and communication skills
