Client Services Associate

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries (non-investment related).
- Support client onboarding, account opening, maintenance, and documentation.
- Process client-directed money movement requests and account transactions.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and service materials.
- Partner with advisors and internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
- Assist clients with digital platform enrollment and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to operational initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in client service, operations, or relationship management within financial services, wealth management, asset management, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with financial data, reports, and documentation.
- Prior experience supporting advisors or investment operations is a plus.
