Assistant Director, Family Office


Single Family Office is seeking an Assistant Director, Family Office to support the Managing Director in overseeing the financial, operational, and administrative functions. You would assist in managing the family's assets and coordinates accounting, legal, tax, estate planning, investment, and philanthropic activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Family Office.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, banks, investment advisors, and other professional service providers.
  • Track projects, deadlines, compliance requirements, and deliverables.
  • Manage spreadsheets, project trackers, reports, and confidential documentation.
  • Assist with contracts, billing, document execution, and notarization.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Help oversee family assets, insurance matters, trusts, and other administrative functions.
  • Partner with Family Office staff to ensure seamless execution of priorities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of Family Office experience or comparable experience supporting high-net-worth families or executives with exposure to real estate, legal, tax, accounting, or investment activities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong accounting or legal aptitude preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
