Asset Management Analyst

Real Estate Investment firm is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support asset management activities across a multifamily portfolio. You will play a critical role in analyzing property performance, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in real estate finance, financial modeling, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly operational and financial performance reports
• Compile financial data for investor, partner, and lender reporting
• Develop variance analyses comparing actual results to budgets and proformas
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process with financial modeling and recommendations
• Monitor ongoing revenue and expense trends to identify opportunities for improved performance
• Assist with financial analysis related to property acquisitions and dispositions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support asset-level strategies
• Create trend and comparative reports using internal and external data sources
• Contribute to revenue management and pricing strategies

Qualifications:

• 0-4 years of experience in multifamily real estate, asset management, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and underwriting
• Solid understanding of real estate financial principles and key performance indicators
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross functionally
