Architect


A growing affordable housing developer is seeking an Architect to support the design and delivery of multifamily housing projects from concept through construction closeout. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful LIHTC developments while collaborating closely with development, design, and construction teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Support multifamily projects through all phases of design, permitting, construction administration, and closeout.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
  • Manage construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and monthly draw reviews.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and timelines with internal teams and contractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits throughout Montana, Oregon, and other project locations.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and affordable housing program requirements.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of architectural experience, including multifamily housing; LIHTC experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, building codes, zoning, and construction administration.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
