Responsibilities:
-Review the work of the bookkeepers
-Prepare financial statements
-Work directly with high profile clients
-Ensure timely and accurate reporting
-Oversee tax preparation
-Perform analytical reviews
-Manage and motivate the staff
Requirements:
-Minimum of eight years public accounting experience, preferably from a midsized CPA firm
-Ability and desire to work in Long Island
-Must have strong communication and management skills
-Team player and the ability to manage and mentor staff
-Some knowledge of taxation for corporate and flow through entities
