Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Record accounting transactions
  • Record capital calls
  • Assist with the annual audit
  • GL account reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in accounting or in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
  • Construction or Real Estate industry experience is preferred
  • Sage 300 experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented and a team player
