Owner’s Representatitve
Our client, a rapidly growing commercial real estate owner, operator, and developer, is seeking an Owner’s Representative to join its team. The position will be located in either West Palm Beach, FL, Dallas, TX or Rockville, MD.
The Owner’s Representative will assist the Senior Director of Construction in overseeing daily tenant improvement and capital expense projects across the company’s portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day project management of tenant improvement and capital projects across portfolio
- Review project scopes, bid, negotiate, respond to RFI’s/Submittals, on-site management, and close o
- Communicate internally with leasing, property management and other team members
- Communicate externally with tenants, architects, engineers & other consultants
- Manage tenant improvement projects from leasing hand-off to project completion and officially turn over space to property management
- Manage all project related expenses through Yardi
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Construction is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficiency with Yardi is preferred
- Knowledge of Construction Management including tenant fit outs and capital projects
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent organizational ability with the emphasis on setting priorities, organizing workload, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional office demeanor
- Ability to travel throughout portfolio
