Property Manager
Multi-family owner/operator is seeking a Property Manager for a portfolio of properties in NJ. You will assist in managing all aspects of property management including leasing, maintenance, arrears collection, and apartment turns. The ideal candidate will possess leadership abilities and will have experience delegating to a team.

Multi-family owner/operator is seeking a Property Manager for a portfolio of properties in NJ. You will assist in managing all aspects of property management including leasing, maintenance, arrears collection, and apartment turns. The ideal candidate will possess leadership abilities and will have experience delegating to a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate to the on-site administrative staff to ensure all tasks are completed
- Responsible for leasing, rent collection, arrears collection, filling of apartment vacancies, lease renewals
- Prepare weekly and monthly property management and financial reports detailing rental income, tenant arrears, accounts receivable, utility and maintenance expenses, work orders, notices, vacancies and apartment turnovers
- Responsible for generating and processing monthly tenant and subsidy payments
- Handle delinquent accounts promptly
- Responsible for all aspects of Property Maintenance: delegating and monitoring work orders and maintaining apartments and appliances and grounds
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of multi-family property management experience
- Team Player, with strong attention to detail
- Tech savvy, knowledge of Microsoft Programs, and AppFolio (Preferred)
- Leadership skills and experience delegating to a team.
