Accounting Manager

Responsibilities: 
  • Review, develop, and enforce financial and operational processes
  • Orient, instruct, coach and council, lead and direct personnel
  • Prepare and submit reports and special projects on a timely basis
  • Supervise collection of accounts receivable.
  • Computer Savvy- Ability to learn custom distribution software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to self-start and self-direct
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Customer Service attitude
  • Train new employees
  • Ability to present information clearly

Requirements: 
  • At least 4 years in a supervisory role. Distribution experience a plus.
  • Computer savvy. Strong skills in MS Excel, plus ability to work with data; sequel experience a real plus.
  • Ability to put together regular presentations for the CFO, PowerPoint fluency needed.
  • Self-Starter. Able and willing to take initiative to solve problems without supervision.
  • A leader who possesses excellent team management abilities. Able to hold people accountable while maintaining good working relationships.
