Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Financial oversight of projects including adherence to budget, subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders, tracking expenditures, cash flows and payments.
  • Responsible for project schedule along with any expected or unexpected changes.
  • Responsible for negotiation and buy-out of all required trades.
  • Ensure a safe, clean and hazard-free jobsite, conducts regular site visits to ensure standards are being met.
  • Responsible for setting up new projects, attending weekly site meetings, delegating duties to PM & APM, ensuring proper documentation, and reviewing all project correspondence.
  • Ensure completion of all required project reports.
  • Ensure close-out of project and completion of all open items.
  • Responsible for the development of project personnel


Qualifications:

  • College Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience managing multiple high end, luxury residential construction projects.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Sage/Timberline, MS Project & MS Office Suite.
  • Must obtain a NYC Home Improvement Contractor salesperson license within 30 days of employment
