Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role is on site in Brooklyn, NY.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate testing and related work with vendors, maintenance staff and tenants for lead requirements. 
  • Assist with tenant communications for IPNA work and tenant coordination for compliance repairs.
  • Ensure timely submission of lead requirements to HPD.
  • Performs other related projects and or duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years required working with NYC building compliance and experience with HPD, DOB, FDNY
  • Attention to detail and keen sense of urgency is a must.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Yardi, Site Compli or Jack Jaffa is a plus.
