                      (HYBRID- PART-TIME)


REQUIREMENTS:

-PRODUCE LEGAL DOCUMENTS, LETTERS, COMPLAINTS, INTERROGATORIES, SUBPOENAS, DEPOSTION NOTICES, PERTRIAL ORDERS, LEGAL BRIEFS AND AFFIDAVITS
-ASSIST WITH TRIAL PREPARATION AND DISCOVERY
-RESEARCHING LEGAL PUBLICATIONS
-PREPARING EXPERT REPORTS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 4+ YEARS OF PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE
- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (ORAL AND WRITTEN)
-RELIABLE AND DETAIL ORIENTED
-HIGHLY ORGANIZED WITH TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
-WILLING TO WORK PART-TIME (20-25 HOURS A WEEK)
-PREFER NALA OR AN ABA APPROVED PARALEGAL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM OR AN ASSOCIATES DEGREE IN PARALEGAL OR  A BACHELOR'S DEGREE
