Director, FP&A


The Director, FP&A will collaborate with the executive team and lead the development and oversight of financial projections, forecasting, planning, and reporting analysis processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with the Executive Team, General Managers, and Finance leaders to anticipate future trends and proactively address risks and opportunities.
  • Craft and maintain financial models for informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Providing financial counsel and strategic recommendations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by reassessing and enhancing processes, systems, reports, and data analysis to establish a benchmark FP&A structure.
  • Direct the business planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize processes and foster ongoing enhancements across the organization.
  • Drive efficiencies and improve accuracy by refining financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial analysis policies and procedures.
  • Orchestrate the monthly consolidation and reporting of financial group results, including the preparation of comprehensive reporting packages and KPIs.
  • Conduct variance analysis during month-end close, partnering with the accounting team to identify opportunities for cost savings and organizational optimization.
  • Provide support in selected M&A due diligence and integration activities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; CPA/MBA a plus.
  • 5-10 years or experience in financial analysis and strategic business planning.
  • Proficiency in analytical problem-solving, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adeptness in effectively partnering and influencing senior-level, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment and facilitate decisions throughout the organization.
  • Capacity to navigate conflict and manage expectations.
  • Strong aptitude for modeling analytics and collaborating with business leaders to implement necessary changes.
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience implementing financial reporting and consolidation systems is a plus.
